What exactly am I buying?
A digital purchase provides the STL for one exact design version. A physical purchase orders a separately priced terrain print. The products are sold separately; review the final design, dimensions and quote before checkout.
Can I choose any location?
Search for a place, enter GPS coordinates or use the map. Some areas lack reliable elevation coverage or cleared data licensing. If data is missing, generation stops. Models are keepsakes, not navigation or property-boundary tools.
Do I need a 3D printer?
You need access to a 3D printer or printing service to use an STL download. Physical ordering is available only when manufacturing is configured and accepting orders.
Can I mark where I harvested an animal?
Yes. Add a printable marker at your chosen coordinates and optionally add a route. Titles, dates, species and messages are private design notes and are not printed text.
How are physical models made?
Configured physical orders use the selected available filament and immutable model. Payment is verified before production submission. Your order page shows confirmed provider status; payment alone does not mean printing has started.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Editing your project does not change an existing purchased file or physical order. Contact support with your order number if an order needs attention. Cancellation or manufacturing changes require review; no outcome is guaranteed.
Can I download my purchased file again?
Use My Downloads to access a ready purchased file again. Repeat downloads do not use another credit. Guest customers can recover access using the purchase email. A refund or dispute can suspend the associated file entitlement.
Are my hunting locations private?
Projects and purchases have owner or guest-access checks and are not a public gallery. Geographic providers receive location requests; fulfillment providers receive the model and required shipping details. Keep coordinates and private routes out of support email.
